Conductor:
Class 2 ordinary annealed stranded circular or circular compacted oxygen free copper conductor in accordance with IEC 60228. Or Level 5 of IEC 60228 (RV-K type).
Insulation:
Cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) extruded layer in accordance with IEC 60502-1.
Outer sheath:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) extruded layer – ST2 type in accordance with IEC 60502-1.

The 0.6KV/1KV PVC insulated (fire-resistant) power cable meets the national standard of GB/T 12706-2008 which is equal to IEC 60502-2004.
The fire resistant property conforms to the GB/T 18380-2008 which means that it also satisfies IEC 60332-2004.

Low smoke no halogen Xlpe Insulated power Cable Installation Precautions:
1. The minimum bending radius when laying the cable is not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
2. yjv / yjlv cables are laid indoors, in channels and pipes, and can also be buried in loose soil, which cannot bear external forces.
3. The yjv22 / yjlv22 cables are laid underground and can withstand external mechanical forces, but cannot withstand large tensile forces.
4. Special tools should be used for cable laying, such as pay-off racks, guide rollers, etc., to prevent mechanical damage during the laying process and keep away from heat sources.
5. When laying the cable through the pipe, the inner diameter of the pipe should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the click.
It is for bidden to squeeze the cable when passing through the pipe. The total area of the cable should not exceed 40% of the total area of the pipe.

1. Rated voltage U0/U: 0.6/1kV
2. Permitted long-term working temperature: 70℃
3. Short circuit: Conductor temperature ≤160℃, lasting time ≤5 seconds
4. The ambient temperature should above 0℃ when laying, and preheating is necessary if the temperature is below 0℃. The laying process is not affected by the drop height.
5. Minimum bending radius during laying: 20 times of outer cable diameter for single core type, and 15 times for multi-core type.
6. The neutrality of five-core power cable is distinct from the earth wire, and the system is very stable.
